About
The Oyster House Restaurant
Established in 1983. The Oyster
House Restaurant strives to create a place where stangers can become friends.
The Oyster House Restaurant is a family owned and operated seafood
restaurant in South West Florida. In 1992 Pat Miller, her husband Robert
Miller, and son Robert Miller Jr.
decided they had enough of the hustle and bustle of the New York area.
They were lured by the charm of this old Florida town and untamed nature
surrounding Everglades City.
Since purchasing the restaurant in 1992,
they acquired three surrounding businesses, and now own 9.5 acres
in Everglades
City directly across from the world-renowned Everglades National Park.
These include an Observation Tower (with a
spectacular view of the Gulf
Coast), a combination Deli and Liquor Store, and Glades Haven (a campground
site). No more than a half hour's drive from downtown Naples, The
Oyster House Restaurant can bring to you the finest in fresh views
and fresh seafood.
